What a blessing to be volunteering at Al Malath since arriving here in September of last year. I am a recently retired physical therapist from the USA. I have been in a supportive role here and I observe a caring and professional staff as they interact with the beneficiaries. I see plenty of smiles and laughter all around. Another part of my work which I enjoy is assisting the kitchen staff to bake and package delicious sweet Harissa which is sold to nearby restaurants and shops. I thank God for this place where individuals are able to find such support in a caring and creative environment.
